Erica Martin and KickStart have been one of Central Kentucky’s most popular live bands for several years.
Erica Martin is the lead vocalist for the group. With an extremely wide vocal range, Erica can sing practically anything. When she’s belting out a rock tune or an upbeat country song, you’re immediately struck by her power and presence, as well as her energy. On a ballad from any genre of music, you can feel her heartfelt sincerity, because she sings everything with such passion. She keeps the crowd moving throughout the show, as her stage presence is impossible to ignore.
The guys behind Erica call themselves KickStart, and that’s sort what it’s like to watch them play. One of the most energetic, entertaining bands around, these guys will jolt you out of your seat from the first song, and keep you moving till the last song’s done. You never know when the guys will jump off the stage and join you on the floor for a dance, all without missing a beat.
