DAVID H. SNOWDEN is a recognized leader in the entertainment industry with more than 50 years of experience.  David’s career has followed a path that covers all aspects including radio, promotion, producer and artist management.  No one has done more as successfully.  David has served on the Board of Directors of the Country Music Association (CMA), as Chairman of the Board for the Kentucky Derby Festival, Inc., Chairman of the Board of Kentucky Employers Mutual Insurance Company, Chairman of Louisville Visitors and Convention Bureau, Chairman of FFA Louisville Host Committee National FFA Convention Vice-president of East Kentucky Foods, Inc. and served eight years the City of Jeffersontown, Kentucky Council.  He has produced entertainment events across the country and internationally.  He has purchased entertainment for 19 State Fairs. Has consulted major corporations for events and other activities for over 40 years.

CLAY W. CAMPBELL is President of Triangle Talent, LLC.  In addition to managing Triangle Talent’s day-to-day operations, Clay will book and/or produce between 250-300 engagements a year with a value of more than $8 million.  Clay’s clients have included the Ohio State Fair, the Washington State Fair, the New York State Fair, Texas Roadhouse, Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Papa John’s, and the FFA National Convention.  In his 30+ year career, Clay has produced shows for clients across North America and in Europe, including a variety of artists such as Justin Bieber, Rhianna, j Cole, Flo Rida, Journey, Aerosmith, Casting Crowns, Jeff Dunham, Jim Gaffigan, Charlie Wilson, Cage the Elephant, Shinedown, Walk the Moon and many others.  Among country artists, Clay has worked with Kenny Chesney, Luke Bryan, Blake Shelton, Carrie Underwood, Eric Church, Florida Georgia Line, Lady Antebellum, Rascal Flatts, Brad Paisley are just a few.  Prior to joining Triangle Talent in 2003, Clay was Director of Louisville Metro Parks overseeing 375 employees, golf courses, parks and recreation facilities, and a $24 million annual budget.  He produced and managed Kentucky’s 200th anniversary as the Executive Director for the Kentucky Bicentennial Commission, resulting in a year-long celebration that entertained more 1 million people and generated a $15 million economic impact.  Clay also has 17 years of experience in a variety of leadership positions for the Kentucky Derby Festival where he managed 70+ events yearly.

SARA SHELTON NOVAK, as Vice President for Triangle Talent, Sara has become one of the pre-eminent talent buyers in the Fair business.  Sara has booked and produced shows for a variety of Fairs with a wide range of budgets, including the Iowa State Fair, New York State Fair, Florida Strawberry Festival, South Plains Fair, South Florida Fair, Kentucky Derby Festival, as well as many Corporate events.  Sara is active in the International Fairs and Exhibitions Association and a graduate of the IAFE Institute.  She is a graduate of Ball State University where she developed extensive show management experience with the “Late Night @ Ball State” program and with Emens Auditorium.  She worked as an event coordinator for the Kentucky Fair and Expo Center where she assisted on several concerts, corporate and agricultural events.

Her expertise in regional entertainment assists her clients in matching the perfect selection to the event – Weddings, corporate events, country clubs. As a special events coordinator, she has arranged entertainment, coordinated schedules and overseen activities for special events for more than 30 years. She has booked and produced free entertainment at the Kentucky State Fair for more than two decades and the Kentucky Derby Festival’s Chow Wagon for more than 15 years.

Harrison Seigel is an agent/producer in the company’s Fairs and Festival’s division.   Harrison has produced a number of shows for the Kentucky Derby Festival, South Florida Fair, Clearfield County Fair, the Missouri State Fair, Tennessee Valley Fair and Arkansas Oklahoma Fair.  Prior to joining Triangle Talent, he worked with Live Nation in Chicago and Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Sioux City, IA.  In addition, he was a member of his family’s entertainment company, Terry Seigel Productions in St Louis, MO.   Harrison is a graduate of Lake Forest College in Illinois and a member of the football team that won the 2012 – 2013 Midwest Conference Championship.   He has been involved with charitable efforts for Special Olympic and the Relay for Life.

NICKIE GOWIN manages the immense contract process for Triangle Talent and is the reason for our well-deserved reputation for efficiently processing contracts.  Nickie oversees the flow of thousands of contracts each year and keeps our clients informed of where items are in the process.  She is one of those invaluable people behind the scenes that makes our clients lives much easier and makes sure every detail is covered.

Tommy joined Triangle Talent, LLC as an agent/producer in the company’s Fairs and Festival’s division.   Tommy has produced concerts at the Wisconsin State Fair, the Kentucky State Fair, and the Oklahoma State Fair.  A Louisville native, he graduated from St. Xavier High School and Xavier University. During his time at Xavier, Tommy worked at the Office of Admissions and spent four years with Xavier’s premier improv comedy troupe, Don’t Tell Anna.  Tommy graduated magnum cum laude from Xavier with a BSBA in Marketing, minors in Economics and International Business.

TRISHA GRATTAN is Comptroller and handles much of the administrative management of Triangle Talent.  Getting Artists paid, assisting with deposits and interfacing with our client’s financial departments, Trisha makes sure that all the details of event transactions are covered.  And always with a smile on her face and a can-do attitude.

BETSY KRONISH is a 35-year veteran of the entertainment and Fair business, Betsy handled Triangle Talent’s management of Iroquois Amphitheater and has worked on many our shows.  Betsy worked in sponsorship development, entertainment purchasing and event coordination as a long-time employee of the Kentucky Fair and Exposition Center.  She brings an extensive amount of knowledge and experience to Triangle Talent.
